How can we calculate the precision error for thermometer and thermocouple ? For thermocouple we have std dev of voltage, but how do we connect it to the temperature? What is the equation for it.

Precision error for the thermometer will be based on the statistics you collected by taking multiple measurements as the water bath was heating up. For the thermocouple the formula to convert from voltage to temperature for a K-type thermocouple is in your lab handout (it's a 9th order polynomial in voltage).
